We use Google Forms to receive inquiries. A reply email address is optional. If you cannot open the form, you can contact us by email.

For questions about using the app, issues, feedback, or data handling, use the contact form. If you cannot use the form, email seript.web@gmail.com.
Reporting an issue
Include your device, operating system, browser, steps that led to the issue, and any error message, as far as you can. If you attach screenshots, check that they do not expose your work or personal information.
Do not send passwords or authentication codes. You do not need to attach unpublished manuscripts or work files to your first inquiry. Send only the information needed to explain the issue.
Storage and recovery
Web works are stored in your browser. Support cannot directly inspect or restore works on your device. Protect important works with sync or file backups. See the user guide for storage instructions.
Information received with inquiries
We use your message and any reply email address or device details you provide to reply, investigate, and handle your request. Form responses are managed in Google Forms and Google Sheets. See the Privacy Policy for details.
